Luxury new housing complex Birla Evara is being built by Birla Estates. It is east of Bangalore, on the Sarjapur Road, in the town of Kodathi Hobi. The 25-acre new high-end neighborhood has luxury homes with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK floor plans. Beyond eighty percent of the area is empty. For example, the popular Birla Mandir temple is included.
