12U & 13U player evaluations will take place from 6:00PM - 9:00PM on both December 14th and 15th. Please be sure to select the correct date above that you can attend.

13U: Birthdate between 5/1/09 - 4/30/10
12U: Birthdate between 5/1/10 - 4/30/11
